The hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms are vibrant with colorful accents on all white walls, but paying extra for a Bali bed by the main pool may disappoint those on a budget. The service is friendly and attentive, but a mix-up at checkout left a sour note. The location is well-situated in Ibiza, great for relaxing but lacks direct sea access. The dining experience is inviting, creating an island ambiance with custom omelettes, yet the prices may not match everyone's expectations.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The rooms were absolutely stunning, with fantastic views over the main pool and sea. The service was top-notch all around the hotel, making our stay truly special. However, there were a few moments where the staff seemed unhelpful and even rude, which was a bit disappointing. The location, while not particularly attractive, does offer easy access to the beach and some key spots.
